*Although there are many learning management systems out there that are either more aesthetically pleasing or equally free and affordable, we have consciously chosen to use Notion as a platform to create the learning management system so that we can maximize the user-friendly interface and minimize the cost and ensure that our courses are affordable and accessible to all. We believe wellness should not be a luxury item but is a necessary resource we should all have.
